This Fire Department provides 36 square miles of services in Sugar Creek Township including the towns of: Cumberland, Gem, New Palestine, Philadelphia, and Spring Lake.

Also providing Mutual Aid to: Buck Creek, Franklin Twp., Fountaintown, Greenfield, Moral Twp., and Warren Twp. Fire Departments.

Paramedic service was established for the citizens of Sugar Creek Township in November of 2001 through the efforts of the Trustee and the Fire Department
