On August 2, 2008 the Sugar Creek Professional Firefighters will be hosting their 5^th Annual Poker Run. With your help we hope to make this BIGGER and BETTER than ever.

We are offering not only riders, but the community a chance to participate by bringing in some of the goods needed to send to the troops! The ride on Aug. 2^nd will have booths, a hog roast. Project 19 will provide music entertainment giving the community a chance to   enjoy and participate in the event.

Once again this year the Sugar Creek Professional Firefighters will be giving business’s the opportunity to sponsor our event and in return you will be given ample advertising and marketing opportunities.

This year the Sugar Creek Professional Firefighters will be working with the Patriot Guard Riders to raise money and supplies to send care packages to soldiers serving in Iraq. In addition to the sponsorship contributions, money raised on the day of the ride will go towards our goal of sending as many care packages as possible. The care packages that will be put together will contain daily supplies such as toiletries, socks, batteries, etc. We will also be sending thank you cards to our American Troops to let them know how thankful we are for all they do for our freedom.

This year we will have two sponsorship levels:

1. $100.00- Business name on T-Shirt and Business name on 12x12 “Thank you” banner that will be displayed at the start and end of the Poker Ride.

2. $150.00- Business name of T-Shirt and Business name on 12x12 “Thank you” banner that will be displayed at the start and end of the Poker Ride, and an individual yard sign or booth space. Booth space will be available inside or outside the Sugar Creek Fire Department where the ride will start and end and where riders will be during registration and hog roast.
